1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. Limited Liability Company “Tekhnika Bezopasnosti”, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, publishes this Public Offer for the sale of goods by samples and/or the provision of Services presented on the official website of the Seller t-save.com.

1.2. In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document constitutes a public offer, and if an individual accepts the terms set forth below, such individual, by accepting this offer, makes payment for the Seller’s Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. In accordance with Clause 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, payment for the Goods by the Buyer constitutes acceptance of the offer and is deemed equivalent to the conclusion of the Agreement on the terms set forth in this offer.

1.3. Based on the foregoing, the Buyer is requested to carefully review the text of this public offer, and if the Buyer does not agree with any provision of the offer, the Buyer is advised to refrain from purchasing the Goods or using any information or Services provided by the Seller.

1.4. Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

“Offer” — a public proposal of the Seller addressed to any individual (citizen) to enter into a contract for the sale of Goods and/or provision of Services (hereinafter the “Agreement”) on the terms and conditions contained herein, including all appendices and supplementary agreements;

“Buyer” — an individual intending to order or purchase, or ordering, purchasing, or using Goods or Services exclusively for personal, family, household, or other non-business needs;

“Seller” — an organization/legal entity/individual entrepreneur selling Goods and Services by remote means;

“Acceptance” — full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of this Agreement;

“Goods” — the list of goods and services presented on the official website t-save.com;

“Order” — specific items from the assortment of Goods and/or Services selected by the Buyer when placing an order;

“Online Store Manager” — an employee providing the Buyer with informational and consulting services related to placing a preliminary order for Goods.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Seller sells the Goods in accordance with the price list effective at the time of placing the Order, published on the Seller’s website t-save.com, subject to available inventory and availability of Services, and the Buyer pays for and accepts the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. The Seller transfers ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer accepts and pays for the Goods in the quantity, quality, assortment, and on the terms specified in the Order placed via the Internet.

2.3. The Seller has the right, within five (5) business days from the date of conclusion of this Agreement, to refuse to perform it (terminate the Agreement) in the following cases:

incorrect indication of product codes, characteristics, or prices in brochures, catalogs, or leaflets that are not valid at the time of conclusion of the Agreement;

incorrect indication by the Buyer of product names, sizes, quantities, or other data.

In such cases, the Seller shall notify the Buyer within the specified period and propose amendments to the Agreement. If the Buyer refuses the Seller’s proposals, any advance payment made by the Buyer shall be refunded within three (3) banking days from the date the Buyer submits the request. If the Seller is unable to return the advance payment immediately, proper fulfillment of the Seller’s obligation shall be deemed to be notification of the Buyer of the intention to refund the payment and a request for possible refund methods, using any customary business means.

2.4. This Agreement and all appendices hereto are official documents of the Seller and an integral part of this Offer.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

3.1. Orders are placed by the Buyer during business hours, on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to technical feasibility, via the online store manager by phone at 8-800-234-77-13, by email info@t-save.com
, or through services available on the Seller’s website t-save.com.

When placing an Order, the Buyer shall provide the following information:

full name (in Russian);

email address;

contact phone number;

preferred method of communication;

preferred delivery time;

unloading (delivery) address if delivery services are ordered.

If the Goods are received by the Buyer’s representative, full information about the authorized person and a duly notarized power of attorney must be provided.

In accordance with Articles 6 and 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, the Buyer gives consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of fulfilling the Agreement, delivery and assembly of Goods, distribution of informational and advertising messages, and obtaining feedback. This consent is valid from the moment of conclusion of the Agreement for an indefinite period and may be revoked at any time by written notice sent to the Seller’s legal address or by email in MS Word, MS Excel, or PDF format.

3.2. Acceptance of this Agreement is effected by entering the required data when placing an Order. The Buyer may edit their personal data. The Seller undertakes not to disclose Buyer data to third parties unrelated to Order fulfillment.

3.3. The Seller and the online store manager are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by the Buyer.

3.4. The Buyer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.

3.5. Payment for the Order constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. The payment date is deemed the date of conclusion of the sales contract.

4. ORDER FULFILLMENT TERMS

4.1. The Seller shall deliver the Goods within twenty-one (21) business days from the Order date. In certain cases, delivery may take up to forty-five (45) business days.

4.2. Delivery costs are calculated individually.

4.3. Delivery territory is limited to the Russian Federation.

4.4. The Seller may engage third parties for delivery while remaining fully responsible.

4.5. The Goods are handed to the Buyer or an authorized recipient.

4.6. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the Goods. Risk of accidental loss or damage transfers upon receipt and signature.

4.7. The Seller provides warranty information, instructions, and manufacturer details with the Goods.

5. PAYMENT

5.1. Payment may be made in cash upon receipt, by bank card, or by other methods listed on the website.

5.2. Bank card payments are governed by applicable regulations of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

5.3. Upon prepayment, the Seller provides a receipt in accordance with Federal Law No. 54-FZ.

6. RETURNS

6.1. Buyer rights are governed by applicable Russian law.

6.2. Claims must be submitted in writing to info@t-save.com

6.3. Refunds for defective Goods are made within ten (10) calendar days in accordance with consumer protection law.

7. RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES

The Seller is not responsible for misuse of Goods. Ownership and risk pass to the Buyer upon receipt.

8. DISCLAIMER AND RISK NOTICE

All information is advisory in nature. The Seller bears no responsibility for decisions made by the Buyer based on provided information.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

Additional services may be provided for a fee. Claims for damage to fragile components are not accepted after transfer.
